Description
This Ethiopian mocha offers a light body and great sweetness with hints of honey and white flowers typical of the Sidamo region. It is grown organically between 1200 and 2200 meters above sea level. The coffees are roasted in small batches, for a maximum of 15 minutes, according to a defined roast profile for each origin.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use 8 to 10 grams of coffee per cup.
