Made authentically using the roll and cut method, not the conventional force extrusion method.

Intake mode

It is recommended to boil 2 liters of water, add the noodles (100 g per serving) and stir. Simmer for 9 minutes, then rinse briefly with cold water. Serve year-round in hot, stir-fried or chilled broths with a dipping sauce.
