Aproten Fettuchini Pasta. Low-protein Italian pasta shaped like small ribbons: a good option to serve with rich, thick sauces.
Indication
Aproten pasta is also wheat- and lactose-free and low in salt and potassium, making it also suitable for people with kidney problems.
Intake mode
- Boil 4 cups of water per 62g of pasta.
- Stir noodles into boiling water then simmer for 10 minutes or until tender.
- Drain and rinse under running water for about 2 minutes to remove excess starch.
- The indicated cooking times may vary depending on cooking methods and flavors.
