Bio gluten-free corn and rice noodles from El Granero Integral are made from 70% corn flour and 30% from rice flour, both from organic farming, contain less than 20 ppm, which is the maximum amount that the authorities determine to be able to ensure that it does not contain gluten, and therefore, to be a product suitable for celiacs.
Intake mode
It is recommended to cook in broth for 3 to 4 minutes to prepare a delicious soup.
