Much appreciated by legume lovers, the Ganxet Bio Casa Amella Bean is special because we steam it, respecting its texture, flavor and incredible properties. Its elaboration is handmade, pampering the product from the origin. The only steamed ganxet beans. This is how we preserve its flavor and smell to the maximum, we respect the nutrients much better and we obtain an incredible texture. They have a very thin and barely perceptible skin, with a soft and creamy flavor, fine and persistent. No additives and no preservatives.

Intake mode

Open, heat and eat! For hot and cold salads, hummus, etc.

Storage conditions

Once opened, keep it in the fridge.

Ingredients

Ganxet* variety beans (99%), cooking water and sea salt. (*= Organic Agriculture).

Being ecological and without additives, we recommend not discarding the cooking water and using it for stews.

ORIGIN: Maresme and Vallés Oriental beans (Catalonia).
