How to apply Kajal Green Tulsi?

It is advised to use in Bottom lash line: start by applying the kajal from the outer corner / waterline of the lash line to the inner corner. For an intense effect, repeat the same 2-3 times. Or use Upper Lash Line: Draw a thin line very close to the upper lash line. This will give the appearance of bigger eyes.

This colorful kajal is perfect for application to the upper lids for a more glamorous look
