How to apply Pure Elements Balancing Balm?
It is recommended to apply to the skin and massage gently. When first applied, the balm can be a bit harsher. To do this, simply run your finger through the balm in circular motions until the top layer has warmed up a bit. You can also remove the balm with a spatula.
