Coffee types

• Natural coffee: the raw coffee bean is green and when roasted it turns black. Natural roasted coffee only includes coffee beans, without additives.

• Roasted coffee: sugar is added to the coffee beans, allowing it to be kept longer and giving it a milder flavor.

• Mixed coffee: combines natural roasted coffee with roasted coffee. It is the most common type of coffee that we can find in supermarkets.

Besides we have organic or bio coffee , which is artisan produced coffee without using pesticides, herbicides or other chemical products. When grown by local communities that are paid a fair price, then it is called fair trade coffee .
