The purpose of this document is to establish the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "T&CG") that define the characteristics and operating conditions of the loyalty program (the "Loyalty Points Program") aimed at customers and potential customers ( the “Participants” or the “Participant”) of AMCORE BALANCE, SL, a company domiciled at Calle Pollancre, nº10, Massanes (17452), Girona, Spain, duly registered in the Commercial Registry of Girona, Volume 3,308, Sheet GI-67334 , Folio 209, 11th Inscription (hereinafter, “Naturitas”).

Joining the Points Program implies that the Participant expressly accepts and adheres to these T&CG without reservation. Considering that your participation and adherence to this Loyalty Program implies your acceptance, we recommend that you carefully read these T&CG.


The Loyalty Points Program is based on the accumulation and exchange of points generated through purchases, as well as other actions that are detailed below, carried out by the Participants through our website ( or our Naturitas mobile application (hereinafter, both referred to as the "Naturitas Website" or "Loyalty Program Channels") available in United States of America.

The points will be accumulated in the account or profile of the Participant on Naturitas Website to obtain discounts on the following purchases of products available in the Loyalty Program Channels.

Naturitas reserves the right to verify the identity of the Participant for any circumstance that is related to the Points Program (i.e. make purchases, returns, accumulate and redeem points, enjoy associated benefits, etc.). Identification can be carried out through the mechanisms detailed in section IV below.


Any physical person of legal age and resident in the United States of America may request to join the Loyalty Points Program.

People who want to join the Loyalty Program only have to register on the Naturitas Website by filling in the online registration form. Registration on the Naturitas Website implies the automatic adhesion of the Participant and has no cost for the latter.

Users registered in Naturitas become members of the club automatically without having to do anything: "program inherent to registering as a Naturitas user"

Naturitas reserves the right to verify the age of those people who want to join the Loyalty Program through a reliable means that proves that the adherent has the minimum age required.


Once registered in the Loyalty Point Program, each Participant may accumulate points through the following ways:

  • (i) Accumulation of points for making purchases through any of the Channels of the Loyalty Program:

Points may not be assigned or exchanged for money or for their value in kind.


The points obtained by the Participants will be accumulated in the Participant's balance and can be exchanged in the next purchases that the Participant makes through the Channels of the Loyalty Program.

The maximum discount that can be made with the use of points will be 25% of the total value of the order (once applied, discounts or promotions and not including shipping costs or any other expense associated with the purchase). Points that exceed this limit will continue to accumulate in the Participant's private account for subsequent purchases.

Points can be accumulated with other promotions with direct discounts, however, they cannot coexist with discount coupons, so the Participant must choose whether to exchange a discount coupon or to exchange their points.

Points will be redeemed as their own accumulation in whole numbers, rounded down.

The Participant will be able to consult the points available for redemption, as well as the actions carried out in the “My movements” section available in the “points program” section within the Participant's account on the Naturitas Websites.


The points obtained for the purchases made by the Participant will be valid for six (6) months from the date of acquisition in which the points were generated. The Participant will be notified of the expiration of the points via email with a notice of seven (7) calendar days before their expiration.

In the event that the Participant decides to unsubscribe from the Naturitas loyalty program, they will only have to fill in the Contact Form in the "My Account" - "Unsubscribe from Loyalty Points Program" section. Said account cancellation process may take up to 72 hours. The cancellation of the points program is linked to the cancellation of your account in Naturitas.

Once the cancellation has been managed, the points accumulated will disappear and cannot be recovered.


In the case of product returns, points will be deducted or returned, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions below:

  • (i) Total return: In the event that a Participant returns all of the products purchased in a purchase, all the points that have been redeemed in said purchase will be returned.
  • (ii) Partial return: In the event that a Participant returns a part of the products acquired in a purchase, the points that have been redeemed in said purchase, if any, will be returned in a proportional way, depending on the price of the product that was object of return.

Refunds or deductions of the points will be made within a period of 72 hours from the confirmation of the return. Therefore, after 72 hours from the confirmation of the return, the Participant's balance will be updated with the points that the Participant holds.


After making any purchase, the Participant will be able to check their balance of points in their balance as well as in the order confirmation. Additionally, the Participant may consult his balance of available points or the conditions of the Loyalty Program, in the "Loyalty Points Program" section of his account on the Naturitas Website.


Naturitas will send its electronic communications related to the Loyalty Program, by email, to the email address provided by the Participant at the time of joining the Loyalty Program, through advertisements or notifications on the Naturitas Web Pages.

Among others, the following will be communicated: (i) reminders or news about the benefits of the Loyalty Program; (ii) the proximity to the expiration of the points or (iii) any other communication that directly or indirectly affects the development of the Loyalty Program.


Information on the processing of personal data of the Participants is contained in the Privacy Policy.


Naturitas reserves the right to unilaterally modify the T&CG. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the latest version of the T&CG applicable to the Loyalty Points Program may be consulted on the Naturitas Website.

Naturitas also reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Loyalty Points Program, in which case the Participants will be informed through the Naturitas Web Pages.

In the event of cancellation of the Loyalty Points Program, the Participants will have a maximum period of 30 days to exchange their points accumulated to date through any of the Channels of the Loyalty Points Program, otherwise these points will be lost.

In the event of force majeure, the Loyalty Points Program may be suspended or cancelled without prior notice to the Participants.


The modification or cancellation of the Loyalty Points Program by Naturitas will not entitle the Participant to compensation of any kind.

Participation in the Loyalty Program requires compliance with the T&CG. Consequently, Naturitas reserves the right to unsubscribe the Participant from the Loyalty Points Program, as well as to cancel the associated advantages or benefits, in the event that a Participant carries out any conduct that involves a breach of these T&CG. In any case, Naturitas will terminate the Participant from the Loyalty Points Program without prior notice and by the means that it deems most convenient, without the Participant being entitled to any compensation, in the following cases:

  • (i) in case of fraud, theft or attempted fraud or theft by the Participant.
  • (ii) in case of inappropriate use of the Loyalty Program.
  • (iii) in the event of actions that seek to alter the proper functioning of the Loyalty Points Program.

Naturitas will not be responsible for the consequences caused by the lack of communication with the Participant when said lack of communication is due to a malfunction of the email address or the inaccuracy of the information provided by the Participant.

Naturitas cannot guarantee the availability and continued operation of the Loyalty Points Program, in particular, when there is a technical malfunction of computer systems, servers, computer equipment, internet malfunction, destruction of data by hacking or error, or any other technical problem could occur. When reasonably possible, Naturitas will notify the Participant of any interruptions in the operation of the Loyalty Program. In this sense, Naturitas does not assume any responsibility for damages of any nature that may arise due to the lack of availability or continuity of the Loyalty Points Program.

Naturitas, will not be responsible for the taxes that may accrue to the Participants as a result of their participation in the Loyalty Points Program.


These T&CG will be effective on September 22, 2021.


These T&C will be governed by common Spanish legislation.

Naturitas and the Participant, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Barcelona for the resolution of any discrepancies that may arise from the interpretation of these T&CG. However, when required by applicable local legislation, any discrepancy will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the domicile or habitual residence of the Participant.
