Properties and benefits of Vitamin E

The main function of vitamin E in the body is as an antioxidant and anti free radical agent. Protects from oxidation to fats of cell membranes, maintaining the integrity and proper functioning of the cell. It prevents the oxidation of β-Carotene, of LDL cholesterol and increases HDL levels. It can also protect against the accumulation of degenerative substances in the central nervous system, lung, kidney, fatty tissue and muscles.

How to take Vitamin E?

It is recommended to take during the meal.

Composition of Vitamin E

Vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol), Soybean oil, Pearl: Gelatin, Glycerin; Mix tocopherols.

For 1 pearl:
Vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol) (corresponds to 400IU) (268 mg), Mixed Tocopherols (5 mg)
