Each envelope of Vitamin D Zooki contains 3000 IU of Lichen D3 and 100 GU of K2 wrapped in "Liposomes". Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and muscles, and both vitamin D and K contribute to bone health.

To make this supplement, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 are wrapped in small bubbles of phospholipids called “liposomes”. These natural lipid carriers act as a nutrient delivery system, protecting them through the digestive system and delivering them to the bloodstream.
