Properties and benefits of Vitamin D3 Bio
Organic vitamin D3 (or cholecalciferol) is produced by the skin under the action of ultraviolet B rays. Even if the body can extract it in small amounts from certain foods (oily fish, egg yolks, organ meats, etc.), intake, that is, 80% of vitamin D3 is produced by cutaneous synthesis.
