Vitamin C, or ascorbic acid, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and is an antioxidant, essential for the formation of collagen. It also contributes to the absorption and storage of iron, as well as the metabolism of carnitine. Specifically, it contributes to the normal functioning of areas such as:

  • The formation of collagen necessary for blood vessels, bones, cartilage, skin, teeth and gums
