How to take Vitamin B complex?

For adults, take 1 capsule daily, preferably with food.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Only recommended for adults.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool and dry place. Preserve from sunlight.

Composition of Vitamin B complex

Bulking agent (potato starch), capsule (coating agent: vegetable cellulose hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), choline citrate, inositol, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, nicotinamide, calcium d-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, dry extract of acerola (Malpighia glabra L.), alfalfa dry extract (Medicago sativa L.), kelp seaweed (Ascophyllum nodosum L. Le Jolis), watercress dry extract (Nasturtium officinale R. Brown), parsley dry extract (Petroselinum crispum Mill. Fuss), dry extract of rose hips (Rosa canina L.), d-biotin, folic acid, cyanocobalamin and anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).
