Folic Acid (920 mcg), Active Folate (as glucosamine 5-methyltetrahydrofolate salt, Quatrefolic) (80 mcg), Active Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin / dibencozide) (20 mcg).
