How to take Wheat bran?

It is recommended to take divided between meals.

Composition of Wheat bran

Wheat bran (63.6%), Dextrose, Wheat germ, Anti-caking agents (silicon oxide, Calcium phosphate). Fiber content (22%).

For 3 tablets:
Wheat bran (1.4 g) equivalent to dietary fiber (500 mg)
