Valerian Plus By Naturetica Bielli among the active ingredients that characterize the drug, valerenic acid, present in the essential oil, has a spasmolytic and muscle relaxing action.
Properties and benefits of Valerian Plus
Together with the sesquiterpenes related to it, a sedative effect linked to the inhibition of the catabolism of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), an important mediator that inhibits the central nervous system.
Precautions
It is recommended to take it with half a glass of water, preferably at night before going to bed.
Composition of Valerian Plus
Dry extract of Valerian root* (Valeriana officinalis L.) titrated at 0.8% in total valerenic acids, Valerian root powder (Valeriana officinalis L.), Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and dioxide of silicon.
(*) Extract supported by maltodextrins.
For 1 capsule:
Valerian root dry extract (350 mg) of which supply valerenic acid (2.8 mg), Valerian root powder (350 mg).
