Properties and benefits of Valerian
Valerian is mainly indicated for anxiety, insomnia, tachycardia and depression. Valerian has a gradual effect and the beginning of its activity is observed after a few days. For this reason it is not effective in acute anxiety and insomnia disorders.
How to take Valerian?
It is recommended to boil 5 minutes and then let stand 10 minutes.
