How to take Turmeric Gold?

Take 2 capsules a day before food to promote their assimilation.

Composition of Turmeric Gold

60 Capsules of 250 mg of standardized extract of root 25: 1 of Curcuma longa.

Including:

- 86% Curcuminoids (65% Curcumin, 21% Dimethoxycurcumin and Bisdimethoxicurcumin) 215mg by HPLC.

- 11% Complex of essential oils (α- and β-Tumerone, Ar-Curcumene, α-Curcumene, Zingeberene, β-Sesuiphellandrine, β- Atlantone, Germacronede) 25 mg by HPCL

Other Ingredients: Anti-caking: Magnesic Stearate.

Does not contain excipients or dispersants.
