How to take Fitokur?

Take 1 to two capsules a day, preferably outside meals

Composition of Fitokur

turmeric longa rhizome (Cursol ™) dry extract; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; vitamin C, coenzyme QlO (ubiquinone); anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide; vitamin D3.

Composition per capsule:

Curcumin: 30mg

Vitamin C (25% * NRV): 20 mg

Coenzyme Q10: 20 mg

Vitamin D 3 (400% * VRN): 20µg
