How to take Plantain and Honey syrup?

Take two dessert teaspoons (30 ml), three times a day, alone or mixed with hot drinks, milk, herbal teas, juices, etc.

Precautions

Do not ingest in case of pregnancy and lactation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage conditions

Shake before using. Once opened keep closed in a cool place.

Composition of Plantain and Honey syrup

Honey, water, brown cane sugar, fluid extract of plantain leaves (Plantago ovata), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), natural aroma.
