Properties and benefits of Organic nettle

Nettle or Urtica dioica is a perennial herbaceous plant of the urticaceae family whose stems measure 50cm to 1m and bear large, pointed, oval and serrated leaves. The flowers, yellow green, are arranged in clusters and visible from June to September. Leaves and stems are covered in irritating hairs, small, fragile tubes that break easily. Sharp, they injure the skin and release a liquid rich in histamine (an allergenic substance par excellence), which leaves an unpleasant burning sensation. Nettle is present all over the world in temperate zones and the leaves are harvested in summer. It is naturally rich in chlorophyll, minerals, proteins and vitamins.

How to take Organic nettle?

It is advisable to take 3 to 6 capsules per day.
