Milk thistle is a hepatoprotector that favors the stimulation of bile secretion, recommended in slow digestions. Facilitates the digestion of fats.

How to take Milk thistle dry extract?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day. In prolonged periods of treatment it is recommended to take breaks from consumption, to guarantee the desired effect.

Precautions

Contraindicated in people who suffer from biliary obstruction, due to its digestive and antispasmodic properties it can worsen the problem. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of small children.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place.
