Properties and benefits of Flax seed oil
Alpha-linolenic acid is converted in the body into Omega 3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) according to your needs. The body needs alpha-linolenic acid in large quantities as it is an essential nutrient, but since it is highly unstable, it is not always possible to know the exact amount that the diet provides. Flaxseed oil is also a good source of linoleic acid, the other main essential fatty acid that our diets should provide.
How to take Flax seed oil?
