How to take Horse tail?

It is recommended to take 3 tablets a day, 1 tablet in the main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Precautions

Not recommended in pregnancy, lactation and children under 12 years of age. Consult a professional in case of kidney or heart dysfunction.
