Properties and benefits of Organic horse chestnut
The horse chestnut or Aesculus hippocastanum is a robust tree native to Asia of the hippocastanaceae family that can reach 30m in height. The large green leaves are divided into oval leaflets. The flowers are white with pink and yellow spots and are gathered in erect clusters (thyrses). The fruit, the chestnut, is a fleshy and prickly capsule containing one to several seeds. Originally native to the Balkans and Turkey, it is now cultivated all over the globe.
How to take Organic horse chestnut?
It is advisable to take 3 to 6 capsules per day.
