Properties and benefits of Horse chestnut

The active substances it contains, aesculin and aescin, improve capillary resistance and decrease the permeability and fragility of blood vessels. Reduces edema associated with venous congestion in the legs.

How to take Horse chestnut?

It is recommended for adults to take 1 to 2 vegetable capsules a day, preferably with meals or as directed by a specialist.

Precautions

Do not consume during pregnancy, lactation and children under 10 years of age.
