How to take Venactiv?
It is recommended to take preferably before meals.
Precautions
Not recommended in individuals with Down syndrome (for long periods, due to 5-HTP). Saffron, in very high doses, can be emetic, cause uterine bleeding and be abortive (lethal dose at 12-20 grams).
Due to the presence of 5-HTP, do not mix with antidepressant medications, with carbidopa, with dextromethorphan, meperidine, pentazocine and tramadol. As a general rule, you can increase the side effects of medications that increase serotonin levels.
