TranquiNatur by El Naturalista, is a supplement based on traditional plants that can promote rest and tranquility. They are characterized by the combination of the plants most used for the relief of states of nervousness and anxiety, and promote sleep.
Properties and benefits of Tranquinatur
Hawthorn contains numerous polyphenols and flavone c-heterosides, which give it a sedative and antispasmodic action. Bitter Orange tree has an essence responsible for antispasmodic, sedative and hypnotic action, while Black Horehock performs actions similar to the latter. The joint action of the active ingredients of Passionflower is also sedative. It exercises a somniferous action, facilitating the reconciliation of natural sleep and acts against anxiety and neuralgia. Finally, Valerian is sedative of the Central Nervous System, antispasmodic and slightly hypnotic. It reduces agitation, anxiety and irritability, without however affecting activity and reaction capacity.
How to take Tranquinatur?
Two capsules are recommended for sleep disorders before bedtime.
