Taking Health Aid Tranquil can be beneficial for people suffering from insomnia, nervous disorders, hysteria or depression, women with premenstrual tension, also for men and women suffering from exhaustion or hysteria.

How to take Quiet?

For adults and young people over 16 years old; it is recommended to take with food. If required, it can be increased to two capsules per day.

Precautions

Before taking this product, check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any medicine, since hypericum can affect the way it works. It is not recommended during pregnancy.
