Properties and benefits of Optim Serenity

This product is ideal for situations of work overload (burnout), where economic or social pressures may be unconsciously perceived as threats. In such cases, the body reacts by activating the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and the autonomic nervous system. These systems trigger the release of hormones, such as cortisol, into the bloodstream, which regulate the activity of the body and mind.

How to take Optim Serenity?

It is recommended to take 1 or 2 capsules a day in the morning with a glass of water.
