How to take Houttuynia (antibacterial)?

Shake well before use.

Put 1 to 30 drops in 4 oz. of water and wait one minute before drinking.

Start with 1 drop twice a day (30 minutes before meals) and slowly increase to 30 drops twice a day or as directed by your doctor.

Do not put drops in hot water. Let the drops sit in the water for at least a minute before drinking.
