How to take Floradix Kindervital fruity?

Children under 3 years of age: consult your pediatrician.
Children from 3 years and adults: take 10 ml twice a day, preferably before meals.

Mixture of fruit juice concentrates (51%): grape, water, carob extract, apple, apricot, pineapple, passion fruit, lemon.

Aqueous extract (39%) of: carrot, anise fruits, coriander fruits, watercress herb, nettle leaves, spinach leaves, chamomile flowers.

Calcium lactate, calcium gluconate, natural flavors, thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin E (D-alpha tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin-5'-phosphate sodium), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) thiamine), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol) and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
