Properties and benefits of Bosenhier

Fenugreek seeds contain heterosides that due to their bitter taste can have an appetizing effect. Fennel seeds have a carminative, diuretic and appetizer action. The sum of Marrubio contains varied amounts of marrubiina, a bitter substance, which means that it has been used as a bitter tonic since ancient times to stimulate appetite. Bitter Orange rind is a stomach tonic. Salvia contains tannic materials and bitter substances, which give it tonic, digestive and diuretic properties. Thyme essence contains flavones combined with bitter principles and tannic materials, so they stimulate digestive functions.

How to take Bosenhier?

Boil for 5-10 minutes is recommended. Honey or sugar can be added if desired. Take a cup on an empty stomach and another at bedtime.
