Properties and benefits of Bonalin

It has a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Borage oil is especially a source of omega 6 acids, to which a wide variety of benefits are attributed, especially for the maintenance of coronary health and skin.
Flax seed oil is a very good source of omega 3 fatty acids, which is also used to support coronary health. As for wheat germ oil, it is also rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids such as omega 3 and 6, it is also rich in bioactive compounds such as tocopherols and carotenoids, which contribute to cell protection against oxidative damage.

How to take Bonalin?

It is recommended to take 6 to 12 pearls a day. For greater effectiveness it is advisable to take it outside of the main meals.
