    For the skin it is excellent. I have even used it as a makeup remover and it calms my sensitive skin a lot. Does not grease or cause acne. Then I do second step with gel.

Hemp oil is a clear liquid, pale yellow in color, with a hazelnut-like aroma and flavor, but slightly spicy. THC free. Consume raw.

How to apply Hemp seed oil?

It is recommended to take before meals, or added to salads, soups, sauces, etc. It is also recommended for external use.
