How to take Organic Plant Extracts - Harpagophyton?
It is advisable to use with the pipette. Take 20 drops 3 times a day, in a little water, for 15 to 20 days. Shake before use. You can replace the water with a little fruit juice. For better assimilation, keep the extract for a few seconds in the mouth.
Precautions
