The Fenioux Griffonia simplicifolia is a climbing plant native to Africa, its traditional use in both men and animals is through the use of its seeds, roots, stems and leaves.

Properties and benefits of Griffonia

Griffonia simplicifolia has many properties thanks to the L-5-HTP contained mainly in its seeds. Such a high concentration of L-5-HTP in the plant kingdom is quite rare. L-5-HTP is made by our bodies from tryptophan, which is, for its part, an essential amino acid (because it is not synthesized by the body) and the precursor of serotonin. Serotonin is an essential neurotransmitter for the transmission of nerve impulses between neurons. Vitamins B1 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological functions.

How to take Griffonia?

It is recommended to take with a large glass of water. 3 capsules a day: 1 capsule at noon and 2 capsules at 16:00.

Precautions

Do not exceed the indicated dose. A dietary supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Not recommended for people taking antidepressants, pregnant or lactating. Not recommended for children under 10 years old.
