How to take Arkodiet Green Coffee?

Composition of Arkodiet Green Coffee

Green coffee extract (Coffea arabica) 50% Chlorogenic acid, (maltodextrin), Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, Stabilizer: silicon dioxide, Zinc sulfate, Capsule: gelatin, colorants: titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide.

For 2 capsules:
Green Coffee Seed Extract (800mg), Zinc (2mg).
