Description
Ginkgo leaves are rich in flavonoid glycosides, quercetin, luteolin, catechins, resin, essential oil, terpenes, and lipids. The action of these compounds is focused on the circulatory system at various levels.
Properties and benefits of Ginko biloba
It is a peripheral, cerebral and antispasmodic vasodilator; and decreases the resistance of the arteries to blood flow. It also reduces the permeability of capillaries by reducing edema.
It has venotonic properties, toning the walls of the veins and facilitating blood return. And it is an antiplatelet agent because it prevents the accumulation of atheroma plaques in the blood vessels.
Ginkgo biloba is well tolerated without causing power surges.
How to take Ginko biloba?
It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, after the main meals.
Precautions
Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Avoid consumption together with medicines and other fiber-based food supplements. An excessive consumption of fructooligosaccharides can cause intestinal discomfort. It cannot be consumed by people with antidepressant treatment. It should not be consumed by pregnant women.

Composition of Ginko biloba
Bulking agent: calcium phosphate (E 341), Bamboo fiber (Bambusa bambos L., Stem), Ginkgo biloba plant (Ginkgo biloba L., Leaves), Fructooligosaccharides (Chicory (Cichorium intybus L., Root), Stabilizer: Gum arabic (E 414), Ginkgo biloba extract (Ginkgo biloba L., Leaves), anti-caking agents: silica (E 551) and magnesium stearate (E 470b).
For 2 tablets:
Ginkgo biloba (210 mg), Fructooligosaccharides (210 mg), Ginkgo biloba extract (90.5 mg) of which flavonoid glycosides (22 mg) and terpenic lactones (5.4 mg).
