Properties and benefits of Ginkgo Extra Strong + Bacopa

Ginkgo biloba is a 200 million year old tree native to eastern Asia. Its leaves are full of flavonoids and, in particular, biflavones (ginkgolides and bilobalides) and glycosides.

Bacopa monnieri is an Ayurvedic plant also called water hyssop. Rich in bacosides A and B, two alkaloids recognized for their positive action on the nervous system and memory, Bacopa strengthens and expands the field of action of this complex.

How to take Ginkgo Extra Strong + Bacopa?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule with a little liquid once a day.

Precautions
