Properties and benefits of Organic essential oil of ginger

Used since the Middle Ages in cooking and medicine, ginger essential oil is an outstanding digestive essential oil. It is unanimously recognized for its anti-nausea properties, used in motion sickness and even in case of nausea in pregnant women beyond the third month. Many anti-nausea products sold in pharmacies are formulated with the rhizome of ginger. Ideal in cases of declining sexuality and decreased libido, ginger acts in synergy with the essential oil of ylang-ylang, that of Chinese cinnamon as well as essential oils such as rosewood or the very expensive and so prized Rose of Damascus. It is only mildly irritating to the skin.

How to take Organic essential oil of ginger?

It is recommended to use orally, dermally or by diffusion.

- Travel sickness: place on a handkerchief 2 drops of essential oil of ginger, 1 drop of essential oil of peppermint and 3 drops of essential oil of lemon. Breathe in the scent on the handkerchief, taking deep breaths during the trip when the need arises.

-Constipation: Mix in a teaspoon of olive oil, 1 drop of essential oil of ginger, 1 drop of essential oil of tarragon and a drop of essential oil of basil. To be consumed at the end of each meal as a one-week treatment. Seek medical advice if constipation problems do not go away.

-Aphrodisiac massage: Dilute in 50 ml of argan or apricot kernel oil: 20 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil, 15 drops of ginger essential oil, 4 drops of cinnamon essential oil from China and 30 drops of essential oil of sweet orange. Massage the lower back in the evening on clean skin.

Precautions

Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women and in children under 8 years old. Dermocaustic: to be strongly diluted in a vegetable oil when used by the cutaneous route. Not recommended for the elderly and hypertensive. Avoid prolonged use. Not recommended for people with epilepsy. Do not use in case of hormone-dependent problem or mastosis.
