Properties and benefits of Organic Chinese cinnamon essential oil

Obtained through the distillation of the branches and leaves of Chinese cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia).

Ideal for use in massages as it has an aphrodisiac effect, never use it pure, always diluted.

In addition, it also acts as an antiparasitic helping to repel mosquitoes.

How to take Organic Chinese cinnamon essential oil?

Oral route - Established maximum daily dose?
2 drops on a neutral support*, 2 times a day.

Neutral Support: Olive oil, sunflower, (any vegetable oil for oral use), honey, agave, a little bread.

Respiratory route - Established maximum daily dose?
3 drops in an aroma diffuser or humidifier.

Topical use - Established maximum daily dose?
Mix 5 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil.
