How to take Echinacea hot drink?

It is advisable to take to promote a good recovery: 3 to 5 doses per day (during the first 3 days). To increase the natural defenses: 1 to 2 doses per day. For children 6 to 12 years old: 1 to 2 doses per day (during the first 3 days). Shake before use.
