How to take Echinacea Purpurea Angustifolia Extract?

It is recommended to take 4 capsules daily with or immediately after food. Maintenance dosage: take 1 capsule twice daily with or immediately after food. Echinacea can be consumed long term; there is no habituation. It is recommended to spread the intake of the doses over several meals. In case of swallowing problems the capsule can be opened.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea), Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel)), Capsule wall (cellulose (HPMC)), Echinacea (Echinacea angustifolia), Anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).

For 2 capsules:
Echinacea purpurea (purple coneflower) herba extract, standardized to a minimum of 4% total phenols (500 mg), Echinacea angustifolia (narrow-leaf coneflower) radix extract, standardized to a minimum of 4% total echinacosides (60 mg).
