How to take Echinacea 100 ml?

It is recommended for adults and children over 12 years of age: 5 ml diluted in half a cup of hot water, 5 times a day, during the first 3 days of treatment. Until the tenth day, 5 ml diluted in half a cup of hot water, 3 times a day.

Precautions
