How to take Curcumin (from turmeric root extract)?

Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times a day with food.

Composition of Curcumin (from turmeric root extract)

Turmeric Root Extract (Curcuma longa) 665 mg, [Standardized to a minimum of 95% curcuminoids (including curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin)] 630 mg.
