Description

Properties and benefits of Burdock (dry root)
The root is cut into thin splinters, then left to dry in the sun. it is prepared by leaving it to soak for half an hour and then adding it to stewed vegetables or soups.
Precautions
We recommend to bring the dried Burdock root to the surface, cover it with water, bring it to a boil and let it boil gently for 5 minutes.
