Blond psyllium

Description

Priméal's blond psyllium is an annual herb that produces tiny seeds. These are covered with an envelope or seed coat which is recovered and valued. Psyllium is very rich in mucilage, a vegetable substance made up of soluble fibers which swell on contact with a liquid. This property promotes intestinal transit and plays on the effect of satiety.

How to take Blond psyllium?

It is recommended to dilute in 200 ml of liquid: a large glass of water, fruit juice or a bowl of soup. In the case of greater transit difficulties or as part of a plan, it is possible to increase the number of catches during the day. Be sure to always consume with a sufficient amount of liquid.

Precautions

Avoid an overly thickened consistency, more difficult to ingest.
