Properties and benefits of Birch

Diuretic properties, controls swelling, acts against bacteria, astringent; useful in fluid retention.

How to take Birch?

It is recommended in case of infusion, add the plant to the boiling water, let stand 5-10 minutes and filter. For decoction (root, stems), place the plant in boiling water, boil for 2-5 minutes, let stand 5-10 minutes and filter.
